Refund policy
Returns: At Oribelle, we want you to love your skin and your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at oribellepakistan@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
