Order Cancellation Policy

At Oribelle, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please follow our cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation Window

Before Shipment, You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to process your cancellation request.

How to Cancel

Email, Send your cancellation request to oribellepakistan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will notify you of the next steps for return or refund.

Refunds

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For orders that have already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on returning the item and obtaining a refund.
